    Our office is closed on weekends, and business days are arranged according to Taiwan's calendar. Private offices (single rooms) and shared office spaces (co-working spaces) are available for clients to use their respective rooms 24/7, year-round.

    The nearest MRT station is "Songjiang Nanjing" Station, which is an interchange station of the Zhonghe-Xinlu Line (Orange Line) and the Songshan-Xindian Line (Green Line). Right outside the station is a major intersection between Songjiang Road and Nanjing East Road, with bus stops in all four directions. Buses are frequent, providing easy access to various destinations, making it a place with excellent transportation convenience. Moreover, our office is only a 1-minute walk from Songjiang Nanjing Station (Exit 8), a 15-second walk to the nearest bus stop, and also 15 seconds from the U-BIKE station, making it an area that saves customers' time.

    Yes, there is a 'U-BIKE' station just across the street. If the traffic light is green, you can reach it within 15 seconds after exiting the building.

    According to the maps of Taipei available in the market, the "Songjiang Nanjing Station" is located right in the center of the map. If you look for the center of the map, you should be able to find it quickly.

    I believe the area around the building is likely a commercial district. Are there Taiwanese restaurants, convenience stores, and other amenities nearby?
    Inside the MRT Songjiang Nanjing Station, there is an underground shopping arcade with stores such as a Japanese American-style donut shop, a phone case shop, traditional Taiwanese restaurants, a bakery, and more. Once you reach the ground level, you can pass by a cake shop and a convenience store (FamilyMart) before arriving at our office building. From our building, it's just a 30-second walk to FamilyMart, where you can take a quick break and grab a drink or a snack. Additionally, there are traditional Taiwanese markets like "Siping Street" and "Yijiang Street" nearby, where you can enjoy traditional Taiwanese dishes like the Taiwanese buffet and chicken rice. Not only that, but our building's B1 also houses "Kura Sushi," with "Yayoi Ken" and "Yakiniku Like" next to it! Within a 10-minute walk, you'll also find "Torisanwa" and "Komeda Coffee," so if you get tired of Taiwanese food, you can enjoy Japanese cuisine as well.

    Yes, please don't worry. Our company offers services in both Japanese and English, so you can make inquiries in Japanese without any problem.

    Regarding explanations and consultations about rental offices, we provide full support in Japanese. Please feel free to inquire in Japanese.

    What services does a secretary provide?
    We will provide assistance as much as possible based on our clients' needs. Our services include translation, interpretation, hotel reservations, document creation, research, business card production, and mail application (EMS), among others. If there is anything you cannot handle on your own, please feel free to contact us.We offer support services at a rate of 100 yuan per 15 minutes.

    What items are available for rental services?
    We also provide items that are not frequently used but may be needed occasionally, such as a cart, a scale for weighing luggage, as well as tape, rope, paper bags, and other necessities in urgent situations. We will offer appropriate assistance based on your needs and circumstances.

    In the shared refrigerator, we sell: ① Green tea ② Sports drinks ③ Bottled water.In the coffee area, we provide a self-service coffee machine, a water dispenser, and a variety of tea leaves for you to enjoy freely. Additionally, we also have Taiwanese snacks!

    Our reception desk will be available to assist you (during business hours) and will guide visiting guests to the meeting room and provide beverages.

    A fixed phone number is available for use. Additionally, we offer a call forwarding service to your mobile phone, ensuring that you won't miss any important calls.

About Fees

    When will the fees for paid equipment usage (such as meeting rooms, copying, telephone fees, etc.) be charged?
    The fees will be settled and invoiced as a service charge at the end of each month. For virtual office clients, usage fees (such as meeting rooms and copying fees) will be settled on a real-time basis.

    What are the payment methods?
    Please make the payment via bank transfer or cash.

    Will the deposit be refunded?
    If there are no outstanding fees at the time of contract termination, the deposit will be fully refunded, without any interest.

About the Contract

    What documents are required for signing the contract?
    Since the required documents may vary depending on whether the client is a corporation or a foreigner residing outside Japan, please contact us for more details.

    What is the cost required at the time of signing the contract?
    At the time of signing the contract, you will need to pay the first month's rent plus a two-month deposit. For virtual office arrangements, the full annual fee is required to be paid upfront.

    What is the duration of the contract?
    The standard contract duration is one year, but it can be adjusted based on the client's needs.

    How long does it take to complete the contract signing process?
    After submitting the necessary documents, we will prepare the contract. Please return the signed contract to us, and once we confirm the receipt of the first month's rent and the two-month deposit, the contract will be considered finalized. The process is usually completed within 2-3 business days after submitting the necessary documents.*Please note that some services, such as telephone installation, may be delayed due to the scheduling of the installation company, which could result in a slight delay in setting up services after moving in. We appreciate your understanding.

    Are there any situations where it may not be possible to move in?
    If we determine that the move-in would violate public order and morals, we may refuse entry. Additionally, if the contact person in Taiwan is unavailable, entry may also be denied.

Company Registration

    I would like to set up a company (or handle relocation registration). Can you assist with the process?
    Of course! We will introduce you to companies that can assist with the process.

    Is it possible to register a corporation?
    Of course! Our company can be used as the registered address for your corporation. The registered address can be used during the contract period. However, if the address registration has not been completed, the registered address will still be used, and additional fees will apply. Please note.

About Equipment

    Is there wireless Wi-Fi available?
    We provide free high-speed wireless Wi-Fi, which is accessible throughout the entire floor.

    Is there a difference between the electrical outlets in Japan and Taiwan?
    Yes, they are different. The plug types and voltage in Japan are different from those in Taiwan, so please be careful when using them. If you need to use Japanese products, it is recommended to prepare an adapter. *Note that Japan's voltage is 100V, while Taiwan's voltage is 110V.

    Is there a photocopier (multifunction printer) available?
    Yes, we provide a multifunction printer. It has photocopying, faxing, and scanning functions. After you move in, we will set up the copier’s ID and password for your computer.

    Is there a designated smoking area?
    The entire building is non-smoking, and smoking is not allowed indoors. However, there is a designated smoking area outside on the first floor of the building.

    Is there a meeting room available?
    We have three types of meeting rooms: large (for 9 people), medium (for 6 people), and small (for 4 people). They are available for use by reservation, and the usage fee is 100 yuan per hour.
